Upon receiving your rental vehicle, you will be given an emergency number, we have set up, in collaboration with our insurer, 24/7 assistance.
As for the deposit of the vehicle, 3 solutions are available to you:
Payment will be made by credit card via the site or when you arrive after having previously paid a deposit of 30% at least 15 days before the date of your rental.
As a guarantee, a deposit will be blocked in the form of a pre-authorization, the amount of the deposit depends on the model of vehicle rented.
An agent will be present when you get off the plane and will welcome you and help you carry your luggage to your rental car.
We also propose that if the vehicle you have chosen is not big enough, we bring your luggage at your accommodation.
